If you find that you are challenged with even one of these areas, our services are ideal for you. We consult virtually and/or in person with California residents.

What To Expect

Our first consultation is designed to get to know you. We ask very detailed questions about your daily routines, including your nutrition, digestion, elimination, menses, sleep patterns, exercise/movement practices, medications, supplements, and how you manage stress and pain. We feel your pulses, look at your tongue, and create a treatment plan just for you. Your treatment plan will include acupuncture, herbal medicine, or a combination of the two.

Acupuncture

Modern science has begun to understand the secrets of this ancient medicine with the support of new studies conducted by leading scientists, hospitals, and medical research facilities from all over the world. According to a study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, 51% of medical doctors understand the efficacy and value of acupuncture, and medical doctors refer patients to acupuncturists more than any other alternative care provider.

Herbal Medicine

While acupuncture has become widely known, herbs are the heart of Chinese medicine, and the plant and mineral-based formulas we make in our clinic have been in use for centuries. Chinese herbal medicine consists of custom herbal blends made from time-tested ingredients in pharmaceutical-grade, convenient powdered form. Our powders are easily consumed on the go, 2-3 times per day. Chinese herbal medicine is extremely safe and effective when used under the direction of a licensed professional. It is amazing how powerful this ancient tradition is today.
